Outlook 2002 Step 1

Select E-mail accounts from the Tools menu.

Select view or change existing e-mail accounts.

Select the E-mail Account that will protect from the list.

The only change you need to make in Outlook 2002 is under the Server Information area. Once is setup you will need to change the Incoming Mail Server (POP3) and the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) to both read localhost as shown below.
However. we recommend that your firstly follow the below steps to setup the New Account Wizard before making this change.

Copy (CTRL + C) your current "Incoming mail server (POP3):" from the Server Information section and Paste (CTRL + V) this information into the ISP POP3 Server field on the Geobytes " New Account Wizard" dialog.
Once your account is created you will need to set this field to read "localhost"

Copy (CTRL + C) your current "Outgoing mail server (SMTP):" from the Server Information section and Paste (CTRL + V) this information into the ISP SMTP Server field on the Geobytes 'm... " New Account Wizard" dialog.
Once your   account is created you will need to set this field to read "localhost"

Copy (CTRL + C) your current "User Name:" from the Logon Information section and Paste (CTRL + V) this information into the ISP POP3 User field on the Geobytes   " New Account Wizard" dialog.

Copy (CTRL + C) your current "E-mail Address:" from the User Information section and Paste (CTRL + V) this information into the ISP POP3 User field on the Geobytes " New Account Wizard" dialog.

You will need to locate your Password (perhaps from an email from your ISP) for this E-mail account as Outlook 2002 prevents this password from being copied. If you do not know your E-mail account's password you may have to contact your ISP for it. Once you have your password, paste it in the ISP POP3 Password field on the Geobytes 'm... " New Account Wizard" dialog.
