First when Message Keys for Outlook finds a message that contains a valid keyed instance of your email address, in your junk folder, it notifies you via a dialog that looks like this:

If you click on the "See details" button then the dialog is expanded to look something like this:

Should you elect to recover the message then you will receive like like this:

Done - lost message found and recovered to your inbox.
